Kishtwar court issues arrest warrants against Former minister Saroori

Kishtwar: Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar has issued non bailable arrest warrants against senior Congress leader and former minister G.M.Saroori. Warrants have been issued in a criminal complaint pending against Saroori since 2008 u/s 500 RPC filed by a retired teacher and National Awardee Sheikh Noor Hussain.
After the petition filed by G.M Saroori in the Honble High Court was dismissed, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar asked him to appear on 10th October before the court.
On his default to appear CJM Kishtwar has isused warrants and police of Police station Kishtwar has been directed to arrest the accused and produce him before the court on 17th October. Besides Saroori warrants have been issued against Mohd Sartaj Editor Rahe Manzil Newsapper.
