Srinagar, Mar 16 : Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar on Saturday said all preparations are met and they expect a record breaking voter percentage in upcoming election(s).
Talking to media persons here, the Divisional Commissioner, as per news agency Kashmir Scroll, said that all the preparations for upcoming elections’ are met. “The ECI delegation, which recently concluded its J&K visit, also expressed their satisfaction with regard to the preparations here.”
“Once any directive is received, the elections will be conducted in a free and fair manner,” Bidhuri said.
Asked about providing security for the candidates, Bidhuri said, “let the schedule come, the candidates will be provided due security.”
“We are expecting a record breaking voter turnout in the upcoming election(s),” Bidhuri said.
