Man injured in bear attack at Bandipora village

Bandipora,July 02:- A man was injured in a bear attack at Ashtangoo village of North Kashmir ‘s Bandipora district on Sunday afternoon.

Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch, that a man identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Sheikh from Ashtangoo village who was doing some work in his orchards this afternoon was attacked by a wild bear leaving the man injured seriously.

Official sources said that the man was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment from which he had been shifted to District hospital Bandipora for further treatment.
