Uzair Khan, a 25-year-old youth hailing from Budgam’s Sebdan area has always dreamed of becoming a model. His dream came true recently, when he participated in Kashmir’s first-ever fashion show, held at Sheri Kashmir International Convention (SKICC ) Srinagar, and grabbed one of the top positions.
On the occasion of his big win, Uzair was facilitated by Pandurang K.Pole, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, and DYSP Sheikh Adil.
Talking to the Kashmir Despatch, Uzair said it was his elder brother who inspired him to choose a career in modeling. Uzair said that his brother is also a professional model, performing modeling gigs at foreign countries like Srilanka, Thailand, Abu Dubai, etcetera.
“I work hard to achieve great heights in my career. My parents are very supportive and encourage me to excel in the field,” Uzair added further while speaking with Kashmir Despatch.
After completing his schooling at Lucky Star higher secondary school, Budgam, Uzair went on to start his own business, while also, actively participating in fashion photography.
Speaking further, Uzair Khan said that he has always been fascinated by Bollywood models.
Uzair is currently appearing as a debut model in various album songs and hopes to find love and appreciation for his work amongst the masses.
