Srinagar: Former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and senior BJP leader Kavinder Gupta on Wednesday said that former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Ministers Mehbooba Mufti and Farooq Abdulla are competing by speaking Pakistani, which jeopardises their qualification.
Speaking on national television as per Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, senior BJP leader Kavinder Gupta, while criticising former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, said that while she can speak negatively about militants, Jamaat-e-Islamia, Lashkar is being treated as her qualification by Pakistan.
He said people in the union terrority of Jammu and Kashmir are mature enough now and about their mission to know that they are misleading them for their personal interests.
The BJP leader stated that their tweets have little impact on the ground, but one thing is clear: their frustration is expressed through these tweets. He stated that when they don’t have another way to reach out to people, they use Twitter as a tool.
While answering the former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti’s question
What is the 10 lakh Army doing in Kashmir?
He said the army and other security agencies are in Kashmir just to make things better, which they have made hell for the common masses.
The BJP senior leader further said that why can they not move without security if they are raising questions? They are just making people misled and enjoying their good life adding that their mission will never be successful.
