Neighbours exchange gunfire in Kupwara, Internet suspended

Srinagar, April 10 : Authorities in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district suspended internet services, as trade of gunfire exchanged Indo-Pak armies along line of control.

An official told Kashmir Despatch all is not well along line of control in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district , he said more details will be revealed shortly.

However, sources told Kashmir Despatch that heavy shelling is going on along the Line of Control in Kupwara and created panic like situation among the residents. Sources said Internet services also been snapped in the area.

It is pertinent to mention here last week five millitants and five soldiers were killed in a gunbattle at Keran sector of Kupwara.
