Two Sopore Families Kept Under Quarantine

Two Sopore families kept under quarantine post came in physical contact with their COVID-19 positive relative in Hajjin area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said two families consist of almost 12 members on Friday were kept under quarantine as earlier this week they visited their relative in Hajjin area for their well-being as one of their members was tested positive of COVID-19.
Reports added over there those family members came in physical contact with a victim and symptoms started developing in them.
An official while confirming to Kashmir Despatch said as a precautionary measure we have directed the family with do’s and don’ts of Quarantine and kept them under qurantine to safeguard them and the community as a whole.
A police officer based at Amargrah Sopore Bilal Khanday talking with this newspaper appealed public to be serious and to follow the procedural protocol issued by the WHO and Government of India, the officer in a message to the general public don’t take COVID-19 lighter as it has already killed thousands of the people across the world, and so stop ill behavior and childish activities. Your safety is our priority but it doesn’t mean you people won’t adhere to the guidelines issued by the civil administration.
