Srinagar, Jan 21 : Yet another heartwarming story has emerged, adding further positivity to the auspicious occasion of the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. A Kashmiri woman, Sadiqa Khan, has come forward with an extraordinary claim that Lord Ram visited her in her dreams.
Sadiqa Khan, a resident of Karnah in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, passionately expressed her desire to be a part of the grand inaugural ceremony.
In a video accessed by The Kashmir Despatch, Sadiqa Khan claimed that initially, she was hesitant due to the expected rush, but her dreams took an unexpected turn. She claimed that Lord Ram himself appeared in her dream and questioned why she couldn’t attend the ceremony. This divine encounter left her deeply moved and compelled her to change her decision, she said in the video.
She further said, as per Kashmir Despatch, that she has made up her mind to travel to Ayodhya and actively participate in the inaugural ceremony. Overwhelmed with emotions, she shared her plans to sing bhajans and embrace a role within the Puja rituals.
She further claimed in the video that her dedication and service to Hindu communities in mandirs over the years have not gone unnoticed by Lord Ram.
As the Ram Temple prepares for this historic event, Sadiqa Khan’s story serves as a reminder of the unifying power of spirituality.
Earlier, a teenage girl, Syeda Batool Zehra (19), from the Uri area of Baramulla district, has become the talk of the town after her melodious rendition of a Ram bhajan in the Pahari language went viral online.
Zehra said she did not see anything wrong in singing a bhajan despite being a Muslim.
“Our LG is a Hindu, but he does not discriminate against us on the basis of religion while carrying out development work. Our Imam Hussain has also taught us that the followers of the Prophet love the country in which they live. Loving one’s country is part of being faithful,” she said.
