As the earlier successive governments has shown no interest in developing NTPHC hospital building Botingoo, the building has been listed under languishing programme to the much ease of the locals.
People of the area hailed the support and assistance from Masrat Rasool Kar who represented the long pending health care issue strongly and efficiently.
In an official application to Superintending Engineer PWD (R&B) circle Baramulla,Kupwara, it said that the accord of administrative approval for construction of doctors residential quarter, internal electrification and renovation of balance items for construction of NTPHC building at Botingoo is framed under languishing Programme.
“As per the request made by Health Department Kashmir , Enclosed kindly find here with Application for Accord of Administrative Approvals for above noted work for an amount of Rs.2235.57 Lacs for favour of further necessary action at your end please,” the official letter said.
The draft further said that the application for accord of Administrative approval is submitted in 05 copies dully bonded and placed in well form. It is as such requested that the Application for Accord of Administrative Approval may please be processed and forwarded to concerned quarter for its early accord and approval.
A local said that without the due support of Masrat Kar, it would not have been possible to list the hospital building under languulanguishing projects.
