RKFC dominates with 4-0 victory against Inter Kashi

Srinagar Nov 28: Real Kashmir Football Club secured a decisive victory on Tuesday, triumphing over Inter Kashi 4-0 in the I League football match season 2023-2024 at the TRC Ground in Srinagar.

The team showcased skill and determination in a stellar performance and emerged the winner with a big margin like in the previous game against NEROCA FC.

It was local boy Mohammad Inam who scored the first goal in the 30th minute.

The fans passionately cheered for their home team. Fueled by the passionate crowd, RKFC maintained relentless pressure on the visiting team. In the first half the RKFC was leading 1-0.

In the second half, RKFC players persisted in their determination and asserted dominance, adding three more goals. 

In the 66th minute, Carlos Lomba extended the RKFC’s lead, and then Gnohere Krizo secured a third goal in the 83rd minute. Real Kashmir sealed an impressive win with Mohamad Maksoud’s late strike five minutes into added time. Until the final whistle, RKFC ultimately triumphed with a 4-0 victory. Mohammad Inam was declared man of the match.

With the victory, Real Kashmir FC moved to the third spot on the table with 12 points from six matches.

Real Kashmir FC will next play Aizawl FC on December 2 at the same venue.

The I League is one of the top football leagues of the country in which international and national players are participating. For the season 2023-2024, at least 13 teams from across the country are participating and will be played for the next five months. From J&K, RKFC is the only club qualified to play in the I-League and majority are local players in the team this season.
