Uri, Nov. 28 – The top army officer on Tuesday stated that Pakistan’s mission is to turn Kashmir into a state engulfed by drugs due to the high value of drugs that they obtain in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Addressing a gathering after the inauguration of a computer lab in the border town of Uri, Cdr Pir Panjal Brigade PMS Dhillon, as per Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, said that Pakistan acquires 1 kg of heroin for 1.5 lakh in Afghanistan. In Rawalpindi, it is worth 3 lakhs, but in Kashmir, it costs 7 crores. Consequently, they are responsible for the destruction of Kashmir by creating a state plagued by drugs.

He added that Pakistan has a grand plan to send drugs throughout India, which begins from Kashmir.

He stated that their motive is to involve the people, especially the youth, of beautiful and peaceful India in drugs in order to destroy the environment and impact the nation’s economy.

He revealed that now terrorists have been given a new task – not to come armed, but with drugs.

Brig. Dhillon also appealed to the people to join together in combating drugs and the associated menace in Kashmir for a brighter and safer future.

The top army officer emphasized that, together, we can fight against drugs and terrorism for a peaceful and successful future.

He insisted on the importance of educating our children about the right path to ensure a bright future for them.
