Srinagar, Aug 07 : The Srinagar Development Authority in continuation to its demolition drive in their areas of jurisdiction sealed a building raised in violation and deviation of Building permission at Nowgam Bypass in Srinagar outskirts on Saturday.
In a statement, issued to Kashmir Despatch, the sealing drive was successfully executed under the direction of vice-chairman, SDA Dr Bashir Ahmad Lone (KAS).
“General public is advised not to indulge in any illegal/m and unauthorised construction whether residential or commercial without obtaining proper building permission from SDA.”
The statement reads that any structure raised without obtaining building permission and land use or deviations of building permission shall be directly sealed and demolished as per the provisions of COBA Act 1988.
