Srinagar : The weatherman today forecasted another spell of light snowfall and rains in plains, while the upper reaches of Kashmir would receive moderate snowfall from February 11 onward.
The weatherman said that they were expecting another spell of moderate snowfall and light rains from February 11 night to February 12.
The weatherman said that the intesity ll be less as compared to the recent wet spell seen in the valley.
