Speeding Train In Kashmir Kills Four Horses

Srinagar: At least four horses were killed after they were hit by a speedy train in the outskirts of Srinagar on Sunday.


Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said the accident took place on early Sunday near Manchowa Bagh-e-Mehtab area on Srinagar-Budgam railway track when a group of horses was crossing the track and the speeding train hit four of them and killed four horses on spot.


A railway official also confirmed the incident to this newspaper and said few horses were killed after hit by train, he, however, said no human casualty or any other damage to the train was reported. Official added
