Stop paying heed to rumours : Admin requests general public

Jammu and Kashmir Government spokesperson Rohit Kansal today said that general public are requested not to pay heed to rumours about coronavirus positive cases.

He in a tweet said that so far only one case has been tested positive in Kashmir valley. He also appealed, not to circulate rumours and don’t pay heed to rumours.

Meanwhile Deputy Comissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid Chowdary also in a tweet appealed general public that do not share unverified information on social media, he said those mongers will be dealt strictly. He however, said act like responsibile citizen.

Pertinently, on late Wednesday evening admin confirmed about the first COVID19 positive in Kashmir.
