Srinagar, July 14: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari has strongly condemned the attack on three non-local laborers who were shot at and injured by terrorists in south Kashmir’s Shopian on Thursday evening. The injured trio, identified as Anmol Kumar, Pintu Kumar, and Heeralal Yadav—all residents of Supaul in Bihar—were working as construction workers in Shopian.
In his statement, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari strongly condemned the attack on innocent labourers and said, “One feels pained to see innocent people, who had come here just to earn bread and butter for their families back home, being ruthlessly attacked and injured. Heads must roll for such inhuman acts. I am deeply saddened, and I wonder what the attackers want to achieve by targeting innocent migrant workers.”
Expressing his sympathies with the families of the victims, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari urged the authorities to provide the best possible treatment to the injured. He said, “I extend my sympathies to the families of the victims, and I urge the authorities to ensure that the injured receive the best possible treatment.”
“My thoughts and prayers are with the injured, and I pray for their swift and complete recovery.” He added.
