Handwara : Police on Wednesday said that it killed a top militant commander in a gunfight in north Kashmir’s Handwara.
In a tweet police said One of the oldest & top commander of HM #terror outfit Mehrazuddin Halwai @ Ubaid got killed in #Handwara #encounter. He was involved in several terror crimes. A big success: IGP Kashmir.
