Locals described him as a gentle boy

Baramulla, June 03: A 26-year-old youth who died in the National Capital New Delhi was laid to rest in his native village in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district amid sobs and tears on Monday.

Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said that on Monday morning, the body of the deceased engineer reached his hometown Jehangirpora Shakwara from Delhi, where he had suffered a heatstroke during the record-breaking heatwave.
Family sources told Kashmir Despatch that their son, Younis Nazir, son of Nazir Ahmad Malla of Jehangirpora Shakwara, was admitted to DDU hospital in New Delhi when he suddenly fell unconscious at his rented apartment at Shahabad Mohammadpur. However, doctors at the hospital declared him brought dead and said the cause of death was cardiac arrest due to the heatwave.

The family said that after two days, the body reached his hometown on today morning and was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard.
Meanwhile, local reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said the whole area is in shock and grief and mourned his death, as he was known as a noble, hardworking, and kind person in his village.
Taking to Kashmir Despatch, a group of people who participated in his funeral said that the deceased was a kind and hardworking guy, and after a hectic struggle, he had joined a company in New Delhi for the financial upliftment of his family.
