Govt. Appoints 39 PPs, APPs

SRINAGAR, July 18: The governor led administration on Thursday appointed 39 Public and Additional Public Prosecutors for different subordinate courts in Jammu and Kashmir.
The 39 advocates appointed, include Basharat Khaliq Bhat who has been appointed as Additional Public Prosecutor in Baramulla lower court.
The notification to this effect was issued today with a direction to all the appointed public prosecutors and additional public prosecutors to lookafter civil litigations of the state in their resepctive courts till alternative arrangements are made by the government.
