DDC Elections: PDP District President Budgam filled Nominations papers independently


“Says Omar Abdullah’s Involvement not favourable for PAGD”

Srinagar Nov 16(KNS):People’s Democratic party District President Budgam Mr Nazir Ahmad Khan filled Nomination Papers independently From Budgam. Talking to news agency Khan said that,” He is not against the People’s alliance but Omar Abdullah’s involvement is not favourable for People’s Alliance Gupkar Declaration. “I was given authority letter issued by People’s alliance for filling up Nomination papers and at the eleventh hour I was replaced with National conference Candidate. On being asked about if the PDP President  will issue him show case notice, Khan said that,” She has right to Issue as I am an important and responsible member of PDP. He added that, I don’t think I have done any mistake by filling Nomination papers independently,I respect PAGD  but it happened because of rivalry created by Omar Abdullah. “He stabbed People’s alliance Gupkar Declaration as he do not want Alliance to go ahead for the rights of people.People of Beerwah casted 23000 votes in my favour which is equal to the votes gained by him. He nominated a dummy candidate on the name of People’s Alliance  by replacing me.A Person which has not passed his Primary education,can he be the representative of People,he asked”.While referring to Omar Abdullah. Earlier, People’s alliance Gupkar Declaration decided to contest DDC Elections jointly across j&k by giving equal seat sharing to the parties who are part of PAGD(KNS).
