Father-Son arrested for violating restriction orders in Baramulla:

Srinagar, March 27 : Police on Friday registered an FIR against father-son for violating administration order amid lockdown over COVID-19 in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

A police officer told GNS, a vehicle bearing number JK15 8030 boarding father-son were on the way from Sangrama to Delina , were stopped at Naka point near Jamkash, a team of police on duty when asked to provide curfew passes, they refused to do so and when the concerned police party tried to know the reason behind their journey they started a brawl with on duty police official, the police official in return responded properly as per the norms and guidelines above the law.

The officer identified both father and son as Azad Wani son of Ghulam Rasool Wani and his Son Suhail Ahmed Wani.

The officer further said, soon after the incident the matter was taken to the Delina police station over there a case FIR number 29/2020 U/S 188/269/353 IPC was lodged and further investigation has been taken against the arrested person.(GNS)
