JAMMU, Nov 28: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha recently hosted a delightful ‘High Tea’ in honor of the esteemed international players participating in the Legends League Cricket matches, held at the Raj Bhawan. During engaging conversations with the cricketers, the Lt.
